How do mung beans prevent insects?

Chemical fumigation When storing a large amount of mung beans in a warehouse, some chemical drugs can be used to kill the Soybean meal. Commonly used drugs are aluminum phosphide, chlorinated glycosides, methyl bromide, dichloroethane and so on. The dosage is calculated according to the storage capacity (0.4~1g/m3). After being heated in a lead container, the closed doors and windows of the warehouse can be poisoned for a few hours.

Soak in boiling water to prepare a pot of boiling water and a cylinder of cool well water. Put a thin layer of beans in the bamboo basket, then immerse the beans in boiling water, quickly stir the beans for 0.5 to 1 minute, immediately remove them, dip them in cold water, and finally dry them in the sun. This method is more thorough in insecticidal, and can keep the bean color unchanged and can be used for processing. But it is best to choose to do it on a sunny day.

When vegetable oil is mixed, add 1 kg of mung beans to vegetable oil, such as vegetable oil or cotton oil, and add 5 mg of vegetable oil. Mix the bean and vegetable oils thoroughly. This will result in a thin oil layer that is impermeable to water and gas on the surface of the bean. The eggs and larvae will be affected. No oxygen supply suffocated and died.

The mung bean seed to be stored in a small amount in the storage farmer is dried and dried in the afternoon. When the sunlight is strong in the afternoon, the beans are put away and placed in a closed and dry container, and then the hot wheat is dried after the same drying. Bran or rice bran is tightly covered and sealed for about 20 days. The extremely dry environment in the container kills the larvae lurking inside the beans.
